SageGrads understands that sometimes our clients need to cancel or reschedule their booked services. Please read our policy below regarding cancellations and refunds:

For All Services except Complete Application Support:

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule a consulting session, you will be charged 20% of the session fee along with transaction fee with at least 24 hours advance notice. For cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the session fee along with transaction fee.

  • For cancellations with less than 12 hours notice, you will be charged the full service fee.

  • If the consultant needs to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be provided with as much advance notice as possible and we will work with you to promptly reschedule the session or issue a full refund.

For Complete Application Support:

  • Our complete application support provides comprehensive, customized solutions for your unique needs. This high-touch service requires extensive preparation, resource allocation and time commitments on our end to deliver the agreed upon support.

  • Given the nature of full-service support, no refunds are provided once purchased. By purchasing complete application support you agree and consent to a no refund policy.

  • If you have any concerns about the scope, delivery or satisfaction of your full-service support, please contact us immediately so we can try to address any issues. We are committed to your satisfaction but cannot issue refunds given the work involved in preparing and delivering customized full-service support.

In summary, our complete application support is custom-built for you so no refunds are possible once purchased. We will work diligently to ensure your full satisfaction through delivery of the agreed upon support. Please contact us right away if you have any concerns so we can promptly address them.

Refunds will be provided via the original payment method used at time of booking. Refunds typically process within 5-7 business days.
